
Women's Fitness Festival 2020
The KSA Women’s Fitness Festival is an ‘at home’, 3-day virtual event, combining the best of fitness, movement, well-being and inspirational talks from industry leaders. Movement is essential to our everyday function and positively impacts our physical and mental well-being. The more we move the better we feel, improving not only our physical being, but also our self-confidence, emotions and decision marking. During the Women’s Fitness Festival anyone can join sessions which spark their interest from the comfort of their own home. Take part in all sessions every day, or just once, the choice is yours!
Under Saudi Vision 2030 and as part of the Quality of Life program, the SFA is proud to provide a platform for the impressive roster of achieving women from various sectors and disciplines under the banner of the Women’s Fitness Festival.

Our Movement Principle
The Mum & Me and Move with Us sessions have been specially curated by Movement & Me for the Women’s Fitness Festival 2020, bringing the best of movement, activity and enjoyment for the first time in Saudi Arabia.
Move with Us
The Move with Us programme supports in making physical activity accessible for all, built around fun games and activities. The sessions promote the benefits of being physically active beyond just for exercise.
The sessions will be set up in the form of a mini circuit that focuses on an individuals physical and holistic personal well-being. All activities are differentiated to suit the fitness level of the individual.
Mum & Me
The Mum & Me sessions promote the benefits of being active as a family. The sessions provide the opportunity for mums and their daughters to enjoy the benefits of physical activity and sports together, whilst building social bonds.
Each Mum & Me session will carry a different focus, including partner stretches, paired activities/games and mindfulness activities.


Nike Training Club
Nike Training Club is the Ultimate Personal Trainer.
The application, available on the Apple & Google store, offers free workouts from strength and endurance to mobility and yoga. Workout anytime, anywhere, and track all your activity in the app.
Lead by the fitness icon Manal Rostom, the two NTC sessions workout will offer various exercises and drills.

Is there a cost to take part?
Festival is free of charge and accessible to all.
Do I have to take part in all sessions?
You don’t need to take part in all sessions. You can pick and choose and join in and finish at any time.
Do I need any special equipment?
The workouts are designed for home purposes. Some props such as a towel or chair may be required, but you can make modifications to these if you don’t have the prop to hand.
How long are the sessions?
The workout and nutrition sessions are 30 minutes long, the panel discussion is approximately 45 mins. please view the schedule here for full timing details on the website.
Do I need to be very fit to take part?
Workouts are structured for everyone for all fitness levels. Modifications will be given for some exercises, and you are welcome to stop and rest at any point.
Is the event just for females?
Workout sessions as well as panel discussion are more female oriented, but there are no restrictions for males to join.
Do I need a health and safety consultation to join the workouts?
If you are ensure about your health status or suitability of taking part, please speak with your doctors first.
Where can I watch the sessions?
Sessions will be available on the Women’s Fitness Festival website and YouTube Channel. The link will be sent once you have completed the registration on the website.
What structure do the workouts take?
Workouts will have a consistency of warm up – main exercise – stretching/cool down.
What time are the sessions?

Is there any age restriction to participate?
Women of all ages are invited to take part in the festival.
Who is leading the sessions?
A variety of athletes as well as health experts will be sessions leaders. Have a look at our full line up here.
Will I able to watch the sessions after the festival
Sessions will be available on the Women’s Fitness Festival website and YouTube Channel. The link will be sent by email once registration has been finalized.
